I have described your centre to my family and friends as a ‘happy’ place

I would like to inform you that we will be withdrawing Abbey from The Village Early Learning Centre effective from the week beginning #########.

The reason for this is that we have moved house and therefore moved her to a centre closer to home.

We have not made this decision lightly as our experience at your centre has been very positive and rewarding. Warren and I are so impressed with the quality of your staff who have inputted into Abbey’s life.

All your staff have welcomed Abbey and loved her so much and we thank you for that. I have noticed that Abbey has become more independent, more confident and has learned so many things that your staff has taught her. I have witnessed the hugs, love and care you have given her, and once again thank you so much for that.

I have described your centre to my family and friends as a ‘happy’ place. And I’m sure Abbey will remember her times in the toddler room.

Please be encouraged that you all do such an amazing job and we will never forget the experiences Abbey has gained from your care.

Yes, although it was not necessarily a negative experience. I would assess it as an average child care centre. Monika used to cry a lot each morning. She has changed significantly since she started attending The Village and we, as parents are much happier as well.

Professional, friendly, personal - simply excellent. The staff really care about the children. They have plenty of experience and work with joy and real passion. What I like a lot is that there is no staff turnover (as far as I can judge).

Monika loves the centre and all staff working there

Monika loves the centre and all staff working there. She likes cuddles and being hugged in the morning and she gets plenty at your centre. She is much happier than in her previous centre.
